ALPERIYA PARTNERS Law Firm participated in a large-scale project for federal government authorities, serving as a subcontractor under a government contract.

The contracting authority was the Office of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation served as the principal contractor.

Scope of the Study
Under the contract, expert analytical services were provided for the following study: “Improving the Regulatory Framework Governing Activities with Children and Youth in Natural Environments, Including Hiking Trips, Gatherings, Expeditions, Similar Activities, and Youth Tourism”.

Project Results
As a result of its work, ALPERIYA PARTNERS prepared a comprehensive multi-page expert report. The report formed the basis of the Final Analytical Report submitted to the Office of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The document was officially accepted as the final report in late July 2026. The work was completed to a high standard and accepted without comments.

Pavel Turkevich, Managing Partner of ALPERIYA PARTNERS, served as a subcontractor on the project and co-authored several sections of the Final Analytical Report.

The report was also co-authored by Aleksandr Nenaydenko, Advisor at ALPERIYA PARTNERS, Attorney admitted to the Moscow Bar (Registration No. 77/16112), and Candidate of Legal Sciences.
