  • Planning the bankruptcy procedure, including analyzing the debtor’s financial and business activity, assessing assets and accounts receivable/payable, preparing the creditors’ register, developing strategies for the sale and preservation of the bankrupt enterprise’s assets, and other related actions;
    • Legal support during supervision, financial restructuring, external administration, liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings;

  • Preparing detailed legal opinions on the application of bankruptcy legislation;
  • Preparing and filing claims for imposing subsidiary liability on controlling persons of the debtor.
