Significance and Results for the Client

Recovery from the client of the principal debt and penalties under several shared construction participation agreements (DDUs) totaling over 85 million rubles would have resulted in the client’s insolvency and a complete halt of commercial operations.

The final outcome ensured the mutual satisfaction of both parties’ interests, resulting in the termination of the shared construction participation agreements (DDUs) along with the cessation of all related obligations and mutual claims, leaving the client with only a new obligation to reimburse 30% of the state fee for consideration of the claim (60,000 rubles).
